Hi, I’m Mel — the creator of Soy on the Hill.

What began over 14 years ago on our family property in Yarrambat, surrounded by the beautiful Yarra Ranges, has grown into something I once only dreamed of. In 2018, our family started a new chapter in the leafy community of Eltham, Victoria, where we now proudly create and share our products.

As a mum of three teenage boys, life is always busy, but building this business has been one of the most rewarding journeys. Every candle and product is thoughtfully designed, hand-poured, and finished by me in our our beautiful space in Eltham.

I’m incredibly grateful for the loyal customers who have supported me from the very beginning. Creating has always been a passion of mine, and being able to share that with you truly means the world.
